Welcome! My name is Hannah, and I am the baker behind Lavender and Wheat. A long time baker, who decided to move from the big city, out west, to Nelson, BC and continue to make delicious food for people in the community. I value the use of high quality ingredients, that didn’t have to travel far to make it into your snacks. I try and use organic when possible and create tasty treats that can be enjoyed by everyone, keeping dietary restrictions in mind!
