Pantry Clear-Out Granola
Do you ever look in your pantry and see all those partial bags of ingredients that you just don’t know what to do with? This granola recipe will help clean it all up! It’s a super versatile recipe that you can play with as you wish! Sub out any of the nuts, seeds, or dried fruit to your liking. It’s delicious with yoghurt, eaten as cereal, or just by the handful!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Flax Seeds
1/3 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut
1/3 cup Sliced Almonds
1/2 cup Dried Sour Cherries
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
6 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
Instructions:
Pre-heat your oven to 350°F
Add all of the dry ingredients to a large bowl, and mix together
Add the maple syrup and melted coconut oil, and mix, until everything is well coated
Transfer to a lined baking sheet, and bake for 20-30min, mixing everything up half way through for even golden, toasty-ness!
Store in a sealed container or jar to maintain the crunch!
This recipe is super versatile! All of the nuts, seeds, and dried fruit can be switched out for whatever you have in your pantry, so get creative, and clear out anything you have!
